The team will advise on the best fabric choice depending on the outfit you want, your desired finish, and your budget. That makes the process easier for clients who know the look they want but are not sure which fabric will work best.

Send a clear photo, sketch, or detailed description of the outfit you want.

Step 2

Submit Your Measurements

  • Bust
  • Waist
  • Hips
  • Height is required
  • Fit preference: snatched, comfortable, extra fitted, or similar

Kindly ensure measurements are accurate. Toryscourt is not responsible for incorrect measurements submitted by the client.

Fabric Selection

Fabric choice is guided based on your design, desired finish, and budget.

Step 4

Order Confirmation and Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment
  • No deposits or installments accepted
  • Production starts immediately after payment confirmation
  • No reservations

TIMELINE & DELIVERY

Production windows, pickup details, and dispatch terms

Production Timeline
  • 2 to 3 working days for standard customised outfits
  • Some fits may require up to 5 production days depending on design complexity
  • Suits require 9 working days
  • During high-demand periods, production may extend up to 5 working days

You will be contacted once your order is ready for collection or dispatch.

Same Day Delivery

Available for standard custom fits in Thika and Nairobi under these conditions:

  • Order must be fully confirmed and paid before 10:00 AM
  • A same-day service fee applies
  • Delivery fee is covered by the client
  • Service depends on fabric availability and production capacity

Orders confirmed after 10:00 AM move to the standard 2 to 3 working day timeline.

Delivery
  • Countrywide delivery is available
  • Clients cater for their own delivery fees
  • Once your parcel is ready, you will be notified before dispatch
Location & Pickup

Physical shop location: Thika, opposite Thika Gateway Plaza on the other side of the highway.

  • Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Pickup time: from 3:00 PM onwards for physical collection
  • Online clients receive delivery scheduling based on order date and dispatch planning

POLICIES

Important customer terms before placing an order

Measurement Policy
  • Clients are fully responsible for the measurements they provide
  • Bust, waist, hips, and height must be accurate before submission
  • Toryscourt is not responsible for fitting issues caused by incorrect client measurements
  • Alterations caused by wrong submitted measurements attract an adjustment fee
  • If unsure, visit a professional tailor or the physical shop for accurate measuring
General Policies
  • No refunds or exchanges once an outfit is completed
  • Cancellations must be made within 3 hours of placing the order
  • After 3 hours, a 35% cancellation fee applies due to production commencement
  • Fixes or adjustments must be requested within 24 hours of pickup
  • Clients cater for return delivery costs where applicable
  • Rush orders needed in less than 2 to 3 working days attract a rush fee
